Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and SheetInk AI for using SheetInk AI. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. Contact: hello@sheetinkai.com.

Who can use it

You must be 13 or older. If you are under 16 (or the age of digital consent where you live), you need a parent’s or guardian’s permission. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Using it honestly

• Follow your school’s rules. Some teachers don’t allow AI help or typed-then-printed work; it is your responsibility to use SheetInk AI only where it is allowed.
• AI drafts can be wrong. Check, edit and approve every answer yourself before it is written.
• Only make a handwriting profile from your own handwriting, and don’t use the service to imitate someone else’s writing or signature, or to forge documents.
• Only upload material you have the right to use, and nothing illegal or harmful.

Plans, ads and payments

The Free plan has limits shown on the pricing page. A short ad watched to the end unlocks one use of one Pro tool, and AI drafts on Free are unlocked by short ads; each account also has a monthly AI limit. Pro is a monthly subscription paid through Whop. It renews until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from your Whop account; Pro stays on until the end of the paid month. Prices and limits may change, with notice before your next renewal.

Your content

Your worksheets, answers and handwriting stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

The service

We work hard to keep SheetInk AI accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”: we don’t promise it will be error-free or that every answer is correct. Printing depends on your printer; print at Actual size and run the printer check. We may change or end features, and we may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, or for marks, grades or school decisions based on work made with the service. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

Where we offer SheetInk AI

SheetInk AI is offered to people in the United Kingdom, the United States, Morocco, Spain and France. Wherever you live, you keep the rights your local consumer law gives you, and nothing in these terms takes them away. If you live in the UK or the EU you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; if a change matters we’ll tell you before it applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. See also our privacy policy and cookie policy.
